About NAIOP Massachusetts
NAIOP Massachusetts, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is a trade association representing the commercial real estate industry.
NAIOP Massachusetts represents the interests of companies that own or manage office, retail, multi-family, industrial, laboratory, mixed-use and institutional real estate in the Commonwealth, as well as the professions that serve the industry. Our membership consists of over 1,300 professionals representing over 450 companies. Through a variety of educational and networking programs, far reaching government affairs efforts, special events and business development opportunities, NAIOP connects members with the information, contacts and advocacy they need to be successful in commercial real estate – now and in the future.

Established in 1978, NAIOP Massachusetts is a chapter of NAIOP, an international organization with over 18,000 members in 55 North American Chapters. NAIOP encourages diversity within the industry and actively promotes effective public policy as well as overall economic development that supports the health and welfare of the Commonwealth and its business community.
